Completed the emergency masonary repairs and 2017 photos
All: After nearly forty-eight years after an act of arson, volunteers from the Percy Lee Dairy Farm Foundation and Friends of Jerusalem Mill in cooperation with Old World Stone Masonry, Inc., completed the emergency masonry repairs to the walks of the Jericho Road Bankbarn. A series of pictures from the last seven years or so are attached for your consideration.
In Jun 2016, the Honorable Barry Glassman, Harford County Executive, donated $25,000.00 to help finance the completion of the emergency masonry repairs. Private donation matched these funds and the work was completed on 18 Nov 2016. A special lunch and cake was served to the members of Old World Stone Masonry Inc., in appreciation of their efforts.
This coming Tuesday, 13 Dec 2016 at 11:00 AM, in appreciation of Barry Glassman's donation, volunteers from the Percy Lee Dairy Farm Foundation and Friends of Jerusalem Mill will meet at the Jericho Road Bankbarn for a photo opportunity. Everyone is invited. Refreshments will be served. Please see Saint Joan Scovill for details.
